Founded by Chou Hallegra — Certified Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Coach with 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations thrive — Grace & Hope Consulting brings a rare combination of organizational expertise, evidence-based methodology, and practical insight to every engagement.

Chou Hallegra is a wellbeing and belonging consultant, bestselling author, executive coach, and certified Maxwell Leadership trainer. As Founder and CEO of Grace & Hope Consulting, she has partnered with corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations to strengthen leadership, improve workplace culture, and drive organizational performance.
