Chou Hallegra brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to support your organization. As a multi-credentialed consultant, she is passionate about helping leaders and teams be more and do more so they can effectively contribute at home, at work, and in their communities.
Whether your employee is dealing with grief and loss, overwhelmed by stress, or needing to find work-life balance, Chou can provide both training and coaching to help them address these challenges. She helps professionals overcome productivity killers such as procrastination, lack of time management, imposter syndrome, negative thinking, low self-esteem, and more. Furthermore, she assists organizations in becoming trauma-informed and more inclusive in their policies, structure, and culture; whether it’s supporting colleagues with a disability or embracing coworkers from different ethnic backgrounds.
Chou completed a Master’s in Human Services with a focus in executive leadership, a post-graduate certificate in Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a certificate in Nonprofit Management.

Meet Olga, Leadership Coach & Consultant
at Grace & Hope Consulting, LLC
Olga Turek-Woźniak, an advanced speaker, leader, Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Group Life Coach supports you in your personal and professional development as a leadership and communication coach. She uses elements of non-violent communication and neuro-linguistic programming in her training. She holds the highest title DTM Distinguished Toastmaster from Toastmasters International and holds several trophies for public speaking and leadership skills. She was awarded the title Area Director of the Year in Athens in 2018. Additionally, she created the best team in District 108 Toastmasters International and gained the title of Division Director of the year (2019).
Olga teaches strategies that allow you to regulate intense emotional states, improve communication skills, and effectively raise the level of functioning in various spheres of life. She echoes the words of Richard Bandler: "A small change can make a big difference", helping active people lead a life full of success and fulfillment.
She taught leadership skills in Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Estonia, and Great Britain. She focuses on leadership and team building. To master the skills, one must go through the journey of self-discovery and self-awareness. Olga believes that being authentic is our primary source of power.
Over the last 5 years, Olga has guided individuals and families as a coach, mentor or accountability partner. She helps people gain better results in their personal and professional goals, find more opportunities for growth and become more resilient and fulfilled in their lives.
