She uses her mental health expertise and her knowledge of person-centered practices to help organizations ensure not just inclusion, but also belonging for all. Chou is also a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Licensed Trainer. She facilitates a unique program entitled, "Everyone At the Table" as a Lunch and Learn session, a mastermind group and/or coaching. This program aligns with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) standards.
